Welcome to வர்ணம் (Varnam) at varnam.fun. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our real-time collaborative canvas web and mobile tools. By using our service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms & Eligibility

By accessing or using வர்ணம், you represent that you are at least 13 years old (or the legal age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) and possess the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not use our services.

2. Service Description & Ad-Supported Platform

വർணம் is a free real-time collaborative drawing platform that allows two users to sketch, paint, and ideate simultaneously on a shared canvas. The platform is offered free of subscription fees and is supported by non-intrusive advertisements served through Google AdSense.

3. Intellectual Property & Artwork Ownership (You Own 100%)

Your Artwork Belongs Completely to You:

You retain full legal title, copyright, and moral rights in all original illustrations, sketches, diagrams, wireframes, and artwork you create on வர்ணம். We do not claim ownership of user-generated drawings. You grant வர்ணம் only a strictly limited, non-exclusive license solely to transmit and render your strokes to your invited collaborator during the active room session.

The வர்ணம் platform software, user interface design, logos, brand typography, and educational content are the exclusive intellectual property of வர்ணம் and its developers.

4. Acceptable Use Policy & Prohibited Conduct

You agree to use வர்ணம் in an ethical, lawful manner. You expressly agree NOT to:

  • Draw, upload, or transmit content that is unlawful, defamatory, libelous, obscene, sexually explicit, abusive, harassing, or racially/ethnically offensive.
  • Infringe upon the copyright, trademark, patent, or intellectual property rights of any third party.
  • Deploy automated bots, scripts, or auto-drawing tools that flood the canvas or overload server infrastructure.
  • Attempt to intercept WebSocket traffic from external drawing rooms or probe server security.
  • Artificially generate fraudulent clicks or impressions on advertisements displayed on the website.

5. Room Sharing & Collaborator Discretion

Session access is controlled by room codes (e.g. blue-fox-42) and direct URLs. You are responsible for sharing room links only with trusted collaborators. Because room sessions are private between participants, வர்ணம் is not liable for actions taken by collaborators you invite.

6. DMCA & Copyright Infringement Takedown Notice

If you believe that any editorial guide, article, or material on varnam.fun infringes upon your copyright, please submit a DMCA takedown notice to our designated agent at exceptionz13@gmail.com with the subject DMCA Takedown Notice - வர்ணம்.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

വർணம் is provided strictly on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Drawing rooms are ephemeral workspaces; please export or screenshot your artwork before leaving sessions. Under no circumstances shall வர்ணம் be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service.
